Our platform connects contractors with skilled construction workers in the Lubbock, Texas area and beyond. When we say "LaborVault," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Lisemby Enterprises LLC doing business as LaborVault.

Profile information — your trades, skills, hourly rate, availability, and location that you add to your worker profile.
Ratings and reviews — feedback and ratings provided by contractors about workers, and vice versa.
Usage data — basic information about how you interact with our site, including pages visited and actions taken.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate the LaborVault platform and connect workers with contractors. Specifically, we use your information to create and maintain your account, display your worker profile to contractors looking to hire, send you text message notifications about job opportunities and account updates, improve our platform and services, and respond to your questions or requests.
Text Messages (SMS)
When you sign up on LaborVault and provide your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us. These messages may include job dispatch alerts, profile update reminders, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on activity.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts will not affect your LaborVault account, but you may miss job alerts and notifications.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for marketing purposes. Your worker profile (name, trades, ratings, and availability) is visible to registered contractors on the platform — that's how the marketplace works. Your phone number is masked and not directly visible to contractors until you accept a job or choose to share it.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our platform uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Your Rights
You can access, update, or correct your profile information at any time by logging into your account. You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. If you are a Texas resident, you may have additional rights under Texas privacy law.
Children's Privacy
LaborVault is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
